Soil Testing

BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING, KNOW THE CONDITION OF YOUR SOIL!

• WHEN: Anytime throughout the season, minimum of twice annually.
• WHERE: Pull samples from various locations on the field using a grid like pattern.
• HOW: Use a small shovel or preferably a core sampler to remove a 3” deep core. Remove any turf. Mix all the samples in a bucket and pull a representative sample for sending to lab.
